Pune Woman Injured as Thieves Snatch ₹1.2 Lakh Mangalsutra

A 57-year-old woman, identified as Pushpalata, was walking on Narayanwadi Road in Narayangaon, Pune, on Tuesday morning when two bike-borne thieves allegedly snatched her gold mangalsutra. Pushpalata suffered injuries to the right side of her face, forehead, and mouth, as well as a fracture to her right wrist. She is currently stable and may be discharged from the hospital by Thursday.
