The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) in Bhopal has filed a prosecution complaint against Bhola Singh, the former Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The complaint was filed before the Special Court (PMLA) in Jabalpur.

The attached properties include gold jewellery recovered from bank lockers and the residential flat in Ranchi.
