Madhya Pradesh Police Expand Youth Engagement Initiative
Police to educate students on safety and cybersecurity, Initiative to reach tehsil level from Sept 15

The Madhya Pradesh police have launched an initiative called 'Jan Suraksha Yuva Srijan Samvad' to educate students about police services, cybersecurity, and legal awareness.
The initiative, which began on August 5, is being conducted in two phases. In the first phase, police officers and experts are interacting with students in government, PM SHRI, and Sandipani schools to familiarize them with police services.
During these interactions, students are being taught how to seek police assistance during emergencies and are being explained the operations of police stations, control rooms, and the 'Dial-112' service. Their queries are also being addressed by answering their questions.
In one such interaction at Sandipani School in Rajgarh, an expert from the Cyber Cell educated students on preventing cybercrimes through activity-based learning. Students were advised on how to stay vigilant against cyber scams using examples related to fake links, online fraud, and digital security.
At the Utkrisht Vidyalaya (Model School) in Narsinghpur, Superintendent of Police Dr Rishikesh Meena interacted with students and explained the functioning of 'Operation Aparajita' and the 'Nirbhaya Mobile' unit, which are operational in the district to ensure the safety of women and girls.
The first phase of the initiative is currently underway and will continue until September 14. From September 15, the initiative will be expanded to include schools at the tehsil level as part of its second phase.
The police believe that providing students with information about the law and police operations at a young age will give them a practical understanding of safety. With this objective, the scope of the campaign will be expanded to reach more students in rural areas and small towns.
The initiative aims to disseminate information regarding police services, cybersecurity, and legal awareness to students. It is expected to benefit students in the state by making them more aware of their safety and the role of the police in maintaining law and order.
The expansion of the initiative to the tehsil level is a significant step towards reaching more students in the state. It is likely to have a positive impact on the safety and security of students in Madhya Pradesh.
The police are committed to educating students about safety and cybersecurity, and the initiative is a part of their efforts to engage with the youth and promote safety awareness.
The initiative is also expected to promote a positive image of the police among students and encourage them to seek help when needed. By educating students about police services and cybersecurity, the police aim to create a safer and more aware community.
In conclusion, the 'Jan Suraksha Yuva Srijan Samvad' initiative is a significant step towards promoting safety awareness among students in Madhya Pradesh. The expansion of the initiative to the tehsil level is expected to benefit more students and promote a safer and more aware community.
