NMMC Issues Urban Renewal Plan For Ghansoli's Simplex Housing

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has taken a significant step towards redeveloping the ageing Simplex Housing Colony in Ghansoli by issuing a notification for an Urban Renewal Plan (URP). The plan covers the Simplex Housing condominium in Sector 7, Ghansoli, which spans 67,146.20 square metres and comprises various condominium buildings.
