Gujarat Inject Kerala Q1 Profit Reaches ₹1.24 Cr

Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited has reported a standalone net profit of ₹1.24 crore for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026. This marks a significant improvement from the loss of ₹0.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's total revenue from operations stood at ₹1.86 crore for the quarter, showing an increase from ₹1.12 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Gujarat Inject Kerala has also secured a significant order for solar modules, winning a ₹14.49 crore contract to supply 16,129 solar PV modules to Deon Energy.

The company's basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were ₹1.24 for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, an improvement from the basic and diluted loss per share of ₹0.86 in the prior year's corresponding quarter.

The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results on 15 July 2026, after the financial statements were reviewed by the Audit Committee.

The statutory auditors, M/s. S Mandawat & Co., issued a Limited Review Report on the financial results, confirming that nothing came to their attention suggesting material misstatement in the results.
