The inspection of Hotel Radisson found four packets of honey bread to be misbranded, and dustbins in all rooms were found to be open and without lids. Approximately 50 kg of rotten potatoes were found and destroyed on-site.

In Hotel Palash, eight packets of mushrooms in a rotten state were found in the kitchen and were immediately destroyed. Five open dustbins containing rotten food waste were found in the kitchen area, and a cooking pan was found to be blackened and unhygienic.

The FDA has issued notices to the hotels, requiring them to make necessary improvements. The inspection was conducted to ensure that hotels in Bhopal are following proper food safety protocols.
