BJP MLA Demands Action Against 100+ Illegal Handcarts in Mulund

BJP MLA Mihir Kotecha has demanded that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) take immediate action against more than 100 illegally parked four-wheeled handcarts in Mulund.

Kotecha claims that despite the BMC's 'Pedestrian First' campaign and court directions, these handcarts continue to operate and occupy public spaces in the area. The MLA alleged that the civic body's failure to act reflects a lack of enforcement of the Bombay High Court's orders.
