CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Exam City Intimation Slips Released
NTA releases city intimation slips, check exam schedule and download details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Advance Examination City Intimation Slip for candidates appearing in the Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2026 Examination.
The city intimation slip is available on the official CSIR UGC NET portal and can be accessed by logging in with the Application Number and Password. This slip indicates the city where the examination centre has been allotted and is meant to help candidates plan their travel in advance.
The subject-wise examination schedule for the Computer Based Test (CBT) has also been confirmed. The exam will be conducted on July 17 and July 18, 2026, in two shifts over two days for different subjects.
On July 17, 2026, the exam for Life Sciences will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and for Mathematical Sciences from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On July 18, 2026, the exam for Chemical Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
To download the city intimation slip, candidates can follow these steps: visit the official CSIR UGC NET website, click on the Advance Exam City Intimation Slip link, enter the Application Number and Password, submit the details to log in, check the allotted examination city, and download the slip.
The NTA has clarified that the city intimation slip does not grant permission to appear for the examination and the admit card will be released separately before the examination. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official CSIR UGC NET and NTA websites for the latest announcements and keep their login credentials ready for future downloads.
