CBI Deports Two Red Notice Accused From UAE, Saudi Arabia

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has successfully secured the deportation of two individuals, Avinash Arjun Rathod and Muhammedali Kanneer Palliyalil, from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, respectively.

Rathod, who arrived in Mumbai on Thursday, is wanted in connection with a large-scale financial fraud case. He allegedly induced investors to invest in multiple schemes by falsely promising assured fixed monthly returns, and then misappropriated the funds.

Palliyalil and his associates allegedly assembled with deadly weapons, trespassed into a victim's shop, and inflicted grievous injuries, resulting in the victim's death. A Red Notice was issued against him through INTERPOL channels, and he was subsequently geo-located and arrested in Saudi Arabia.
